Shipping

We're a small operation in Nelson. Orders are packed and dispatched by hand, twice a week.

When we ship

Orders go out on Mondays and Thursdays. Delivery is usually two business days from dispatch via Post Haste, with tracking.

Where we ship

Aotearoa New Zealand only. Same flat rate of $10 per order whether you're in Auckland, East Cape, Stewart Island or the Chatham Islands. One roll or fifty — it's $10.

We don't ship overseas. Film photography is well catered for outside of New Zealand, and we'd rather do this country properly than do everywhere badly.

Click and collect

Not available through the website. If you're local in Nelson and want to pick up, send us an email and we'll sort something out.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — re-delivery from an incorrect address may cost extra.

Returns

Things can go wrong — couriers drop boxes, factories ship duds. Here's how we handle that.

No change of mind returns — please choose carefully.

If your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or rolls are missing, email us within seven days of delivery and we'll sort it. If the packaging was damaged in transit, a photo is a help — it speeds up the courier claim.

We'll cover return shipping for damaged or wrong items.

For cameras and electronics, some issues may be covered directly by the manufacturer's warranty — we'll point you in the right direction if that's the simpler path.
